Job summary

Bristol City Council's Accessible Homes team is seeking an Occupational Therapy Support worker to help deliver housing adaptations across Bristol. You will join a busy in-house service supporting OT assessments, referral processing, waitlist management and co-ordination of Assessment Centre activities.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, enhanced DBS provided, and a clear path to develop clinical and administrative skills while keeping priority on service users' independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational therapy and housing adaptations.
• Ability to process referrals, manage waitlists and coordinate assessments.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and coordinate Assessment Centre activities.
• Support triage and prioritise cases for OT caseloads.
• Assist with waitlist management and documentary handling.
