Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapy support role within the ADAPT team. You will assist in delivering recovery-focused OT interventions, supporting service users to engage in meaningful activities and promote independence.

You will work under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, delivering group and one-to-one sessions, and may collaborate with other OT services to broaden care for people with mental health needs.

Formación

• Essential qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in mental health is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously with individuals/groups.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of occupational therapy interventions in the ADAPT team.
• Provide group and 1-to-1 activities to improve daily living skills, wellbeing and social inclusion.
• Engage with community resources to develop activity programs beyond the service.
• Attend meetings and contribute to MDT input and supervision.
