Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Front Door Team within Adult Social Care. You will carry out assessments and interventions to help residents regain independence and stay connected to their communities.
Hybrid working with a strong focus on early, short-term support, and collaboration with Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and other professionals. Applicants from health and social care backgrounds are encouraged.
This is a full time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £26,895 - £30,132 per annum.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant role is within the Front Door Team which consists of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Social Care Practitioners. The Front Door Team is where people begin their journey with Adult Social Care. It is the place where we listen first, understand what matters, and work alongside residents to find the right support at the right time. We work with adults across the borough who may be experiencing changes in their health, independence, or wellbeing. This includes people living with physical or sensory impairments, age-related conditions, mental health needs, neurodivergence, or substance use challenges. Our role is to offer early, short-term support, helping people regain confidence, maintain independence, and stay connected to their communities.
