Meeveem Limited is seeking an registered Occupational Therapist to perform home visits, conduct holistic assessments, and develop tailored intervention plans. You will review progress and work as part of a multidisciplinary Reablement Service, aiming to empower independence in daily living.
The role requires HCPC registration and current UK right to work, with travel across Hampshire and occasional weekend work on a rotational basis.
