Medacs Healthcare is seeking a remote Functional Assessor (Registered Occupational Therapist) to join our PIP assessment team. You will conduct telephone assessments, review medical evidence, and craft evidence-based written reports from a home-based setting.

The role requires an NMC/HCPC registration and at least 1 year of UK clinical experience; sponsorship is not available. Starting salary £37,500 with OTE up to £44,275, with structured pay progression and training.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist
• Active NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions
• Minimum 1 year’s UK clinical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident use of digital systems (35 WPM typing speed)
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
