About the Role

This position is within the Mental Health Reablement Team, a short-term service aimed at preventing and reducing social care needs while promoting independence and recovery in the community. The Occupational Therapist will:

• Manage a caseload and deliver Reablement interventions to prevent or reduce needs related to mental ill health.
