Job summary

S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neurological service in Worcester, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, stroke, and progressive neurological conditions. The role involves delivering person-centred OT interventions and working with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates should have HCPC registration, a minimum of 2 years of OT experience, and be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Occupational Therapist | Neuro Rehabilitation

Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £42,535 per annum

Hours: Full-Time 40 hours

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Shift Times: 08:00 - 17:00

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist and be HCPC registered.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neurological service in Worcester, supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, stroke, early onset dementia and progressive neurological conditions. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Worcester, Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Redditch, Tewkesbury and surrounding areas.

As an experienced Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy interventions, supporting adults through specialist neurological rehabilitation and long-term complex care.

You will play a key role in completing functional assessments, developing rehabilitation programmes and working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to maximise independence and improve quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills within a varied and rewarding neurological caseload while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• A recognised Occupational Therapy degree (BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy)
• Current and unrestricted HCPC registration
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working within a neurological rehabilitation or neuro care setting
• Experience completing functional assessments and developing person-centred treatment plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, proactive and person-centred approach to care
