Qualifications

• Essential OT degree and HCPC registration.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT assessments.
• Plan and review OT treatment programmes under supervision.
• Identify and action referrals in-house and to external agencies.
• Support planning, evaluation and audits of practices and protocols.
• Maintain contemporaneous records and activity data.
