Job summary

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist (Band 5) in Carlisle to deliver evidence-based OT services across diverse settings. You will assess, plan and implement client-centred interventions, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Completion of fieldwork education training.
• RCOT membership encouraged.
• Experience in community settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT service to service users with diverse needs and conditions.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and interventions.
• Involve carers and families where appropriate.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based OT interventions with service users and carers.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Provide clinical supervision as delegated by Clinical Lead.
