Liquid Personnel Limited is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team in Harrow, working across both adults and children’s services. You will assess and plan care, promote independence, and work with families and multi-disciplinary teams to meet caseload needs.

The role offers a competitive rate of £36 per hour and a varied caseload focusing on preventative practice within a local authority setting.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience with adult and/or paediatric caseloads
• Strong knowledge of moving & handling, equipment, and adaptations
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Free DBS and compliance service

Responsabilités

• Complete functional assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Assess, recommend, and review: equipment provision; minor and major adaptations; moving and handling solutions
• Monitor and review care plans to ensure outcomes are achieved and needs are met
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Diverse caseload across adults and children
• Focus on independence-led, preventative practice
• Supportive local authority team
