Job summary

Hartford Care Group is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Oak Farm/Oak Court care home team in Norwich. You will support residents to maintain independence, improve quality of life, and participate in meaningful daily activities, collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team.

You must be HCPC registered and RCOT member, with experience in neurological settings. We offer professional fees paid, DBS check, training, onsite parking and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration (UK).
• RCOT membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions supporting service users' health needs and independence.
• Help improve residents' skills for independence and confidence.
• Maintain accurate clinical records through assessments and reports.
• Assist in setting realistic goals with service users and families.

Salary: £17.44 per hour

Location: Oak Farm & Oak Court, Norwich, NR8 6LF/6AD

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our care home team. You will support residents to maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and participate in meaningful daily activities. Working closely with residents, families, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will assess individual needs and develop personalised treatment and support plans.

About Oak Court and Oak Farm

Oak Farm Clinic is a purpose built 38 bedded unit which provides a comprehensive service to clients recovering from acquired brain injury and neurological disorders.

Oak Court is a purpose-built care home situated in Taverham, Norfolk that provides en-suite accommodation for 18 residents with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions that support our service users with understanding of their health needs, developing purposeful activities and interests
• Help to improve individuals skills for independence/confidence
• Demonstrate effective clinical record keeping via assessments and reports
• Helping to set realistic and achievable goals alongside the service user and families

What we need from you

• Qualified Occupational Therapist RCOT membership and HCPC registration valid within the UK.
• Must have experience working with a neurological setting
