Harrow, London | 3 Days Per Week | Potential to Increase to Full-Time After Probation
Are you an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs?
We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming, independent specialist school in Harrow that supports children and young people with autism and learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit multidisciplinary team in a well-resourced setting where therapy is fully embedded into each pupil's education.
Initially offered on a 3-day-per-week basis, this position has the opportunity to increase to full-time following a successful probation period, subject to caseload growth.
Working alongside experienced education and therapy professionals, you will play a key role in supporting pupils to develop the skills they need for greater independence and everyday success.
From September, the school will have approximately 18 pupils, with pupils typically receiving Occupational Therapy every three weeks (approximately six pupils per therapy day).
Experience within SEN schools, autism services or paediatric Occupational Therapy would be highly desirable, although therapists with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
If you're looking for a fulfilling Occupational Therapy role where your expertise is genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you.
