Job summary

WM Trains Limited is hiring a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to advance the Health and Wellbeing Strategy by identifying and managing occupational health risks across the business. You will work with Occupational Health, Health & Safety, HR and operations to develop collaborative solutions that align employee wellbeing with business objectives.

The role focuses on risk management, including hazard identification, physical and psychosocial risk assessment, and proposing controls.

Qualifications

• Accredited allied workplace health professional.
• Experience managing health and wellbeing programmes across dispersed workforces.
• Strong knowledge of health risk management and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to measure impact, analyse data and demonstrate ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational hygiene assessments, monitoring and risk analysis to identify health risks and provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health, Health & Safety and external providers to develop health surveillance programmes and risk controls.
• Build relationships to develop practical, evidence-based solutions that improve employee health and wellbeing.
• Support health and wellbeing projects, communications, training and campaigns on COSHH, noise, stress and fatigue management.
• Develop KPIs, analyse data and produce reports to measure performance and impact.
