Job summary

WM Trains Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to help deliver our Health and Wellbeing Strategy by identifying, assessing and managing occupational health risks across the business. You will collaborate with Occupational Health, Health & Safety and HR to develop practical solutions and action plans that support both employee wellbeing and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Accredited allied health professional with relevant professional registration.
• Experience leading health and wellbeing programmes across dispersed workforces.
• Strong knowledge of health risk management and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to measure impact, analyse data and demonstrate ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan/Conduct occupational hygiene assessments and risk analyses to identify health risks and advise on reasonable adjustments.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health, Health & Safety and external providers to design health surveillance and controls.
• Build relationships to develop practical, evidence-based solutions to improve employee health.
• Support health and wellbeing projects, campaigns, training and awareness across the organisation on topics like COSHH, noise, stress.
• Develop KPIs, analyse data and produce reports to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Contribute to Mental Health First Aider programme and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Keep up to date with legislation and represent the organisation at industry forums.
