Job summary

ARBEX Barrow Mill is seeking an Occupational Health Team Leader to lead on-site OH services, including health surveillance, monitoring, fitness-for-work assessments, case management, and health promotion. You will align with OH CoE governance and collaborate with the Barrow EHS team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

The successful candidate will hold UK NMC Part 3 SSCPHN and an OH nursing qualification, and will demonstrate strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement to drive

Qualifications

• The post holder will be on Part 3 of the NMC Register (UK – Specialist Community Public Health Nurse).
• You should hold a second level professional qualification in Occupational Health Nursing.
• Competent in delivering a full suite of occupational health services including health surveillance and fitness-for-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a comprehensive on-site OH service in line with governance frameworks.
• Provide expert OH guidance to site Leadership Team on employee health and work interactions.
• Collaborate with OH Centre of Excellence and external clinical providers.
• Identify health hazards and participate in risk assessment and health surveillance.
• Provide specialist OH advice on health impacts from hazards.
