Health Partners is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to deliver a comprehensive service on-site for a client, focusing on health surveillance, risk assessments, pre-employment evaluations, case management and health promotion. You will work three days a week on-site and collaborate with client teams to improve employee wellbeing and safety.

The role requires RN qualifications, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse qualification (adult nursing).
• Experience with case management and pre-placement work.
• Strong ability to interpret health screening results and provide reports.

• Conduct pre-employment assessments and health surveillance.
• Perform case management with clear, actionable reports for employees and clients.
• Advise on fitness-to-work assessments aligned with workplace requirements.
• Develop and deliver health promotion initiatives to boost wellbeing.
