Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our occupational health and wellbeing team. The role covers pre-employment assessments, health surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, and delivering clear reports to employees and clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN with licence to practice in the UK.
• Experience in case management and pre-placement work is essential.
• Strong ability to interpret health screening and surveillance results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment assessments, health surveillance, and drug/alcohol testing.
• Provide case management and deliver clear reports to employees and clients.
• Advise on fitness-to-work assessments and ensure alignment with workplace requirements.
• Develop and deliver engaging health promotion initiatives to boost wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records complying with professional, legal and organisational standards.
• Stay up to date with health and safety legislation and apply knowledge to improve workplace health.
