OH Medical is a trusted recruitment consultancy recruiting an Occupational Health Adviser to join our in-house team in Perth. Working three days per week, you will deliver face-to-face clinical services and provide practical health guidance to support employees’ fitness for work.

You must be a Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration and hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification. You will bring recent health surveillance and case management experience, excellent

• Experience in health surveillance and case management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments and management referrals.
• Manage sickness absence cases and advise on workplace adjustments.
• Support employees in remaining at work or returning safely after absence.
• Prepare clear, accurate Occupational Health reports.
• Supervise Occupational Health Technicians.
• Maintain confidential employee health records.
• Collaborate with HR, managers and clinicians to improve service reporting.
