Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor for an in-house position at a single Perth site. This part-time, permanent role offers a supportive team and UK-wide OH team interaction.

The ideal candidate will be an RGN with active NMC registration and an OH qualification, with strong clinical and communication skills to support employee health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Degree).
• Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health.
• Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance.
• Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace.
• Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters.
• Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
