Occupational Health Nurse

Location:

Barrow In Furness

Salary:

£35,000 pa

Their clients include leading names across sectors such as aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and emergency services. The team comprises many of the UK's finest practitioners and teachers in healthcare disciplines.

The Role:

Our client seeks an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join their team at a client site in Barrow-in-Furness. The nurse will provide compassionate, professional clinical services, assessing and managing minor injuries and illnesses, delivering health and wellbeing initiatives, and collaborating with external organisations and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include delivering full OH/Treatment services aligned with the client contract, such as wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice and education, health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, travel health, vaccinations, and D&A testing, following guidelines and instructions.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Part 1) with some A&E experience
• Previous Occupational Health experience is preferable
• RGN, NMC registration
• Based in Barrow, Cumbria

Shift Timings:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 12:00 on a shift basis.

Holiday:

Starting at 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
