Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Occupational Health Services: Conduct wellbeing assessments, health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, and health promotion.
  • Clinical Assessments: Evaluate minor illnesses and injuries to support employees' health and fitness for work.
  • Employee Health Guidance: Provide advice on health matters, working closely with external organizations and healthcare professionals.
  • Specialist Services: Conduct travel health assessments, vaccinations, D&A testing, and more, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Team Support: Assist the OH Manager with monitoring clinical practices across the team.
  • Health Promotion: Lead and support on-site health and wellbeing initiatives to foster a healthier workforce.
Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is passionate about occupational health and ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, supportive environment. Our client is looking for:

  • Relevant Experience: Background in A&E or intensive care is highly desirable.
  • Occupational Health Knowledge: Strong understanding of occupational health and employment legislation.
  • Clinical Skills: Proficient in assessments for minor illnesses and injuries.
  • Qualifications: NMC Registration (Part 1) with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health (Diploma holders will also be considered).
