Working closely with our HR team and Managers, to provide current professional insight around legislative requirements, proactively feed into our wellbeing activities and internal training and review our policies and procedures with regards to OH requirements to continually improve the working lives of our people. To make our service the best it can be, you’ll communicate workplace trends and advise on action plans to meet statutory and voluntary requirements for health protection, surveillance and KPI reporting. • Registered RGN, with OH Diploma or BSc Community Nursing with specialist practitioner status (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse), or equivalent.

  • Able to act with credibility and authority to maintain the right balance between protecting employee health and supporting the interests and reputation of the company.
  • Experience in managing medical confidentiality, ethics and accountability.
