At EMR, we keep people safe. This means providing a healthy working environment that promotes the physical, mental and social wellbeing of our workforce. • Deliver fitness-to-work medical assessments at our Occupational Health Centre, in-line with railway industry standards and requirements. This includes ancillary checks (ECGs, eyesight, audiometry, spirometry) as required.
  • Carrying out pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Assist line managers to manage attendance within the business by carrying out management referrals, providing advisory guidance, provide basic counselling services, and / or referrals to further professional services as required.
Qualifications and Experience

You must be a registered nurse to apply for this position (part 1)

An Occupational Health qualification (part 3) is desirable, however, equivalent experience of working within an Occupational Health Department may be considered.
