MARS Care & Treats seeks an Occupational Health Manager to deliver high-quality occupational health services at their UK site. This role involves case management, compliance, and fostering a healthy work environment. Job Description:
We are looking for an Occupational Health Manager to provide a first-class, full remit Occupational Health service that operates to high clinical standards. This is a site-based role with some flexibility to work from home due to the nature of the role.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Identify and manage all occupational health practices, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Mars occupational health standards.
Manage case management referrals, supervise health surveillance clinics, support site absence management, and signpost to company medical benefits, AAP, and psychological services as appropriate.
Help create and support a healthy and energized work environment for associates.
Report to a Senior UK Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager.
What are we looking for?
An NMC registered nurse qualified to degree/diploma level in Occupational Health.
Previous experience as an Occupational Health Nurse, ideally within an internal OH team or OH provider.
Ability to work closely with other OH managers and OHP when required.
Adherence to NMC and GDPR standards, with evidence of ongoing CPD and professional development.
Support site audits as required and undertake other duties aligned to your role and experience.
Effective organization and prioritization skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant national workplace health legislations across the region.
