Job description

We are seeking an Occupational Health Manager to deliver a comprehensive, high-standard Occupational Health service. This is a site-based role with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage all occupational health practices in compliance with local legislation and Mars standards.
• Manage case management referrals, supervise health surveillance clinics, support absence management, and guide employees to medical benefits, AAP, and psychological services as needed.
• Promote a healthy and energized work environment.
• Report to the Senior UK Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• NMC registered nurse with a degree or diploma in Occupational Health.
• Previous experience in occupational health, preferably within an internal OH team or provider.
• Ability to collaborate with OH managers and OHPs.
• Adherence to NMC and GDPR standards, with evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Support for site audits and other relevant duties.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regional workplace health legislations.
