Within this function sits the Abbott Toxicology Business Unit in which we deliver Occupational Health services across the UK, helping customers/clients comply with health legislation and industry standards. We support them to manage the ongoing health of their employees and engage their workforce to improve and promote health and wellbeing. Abbott Occupational Health provides a full range of services (managing health, safety and wellbeing) by both remote case management and onsite provision. We also provide access to our 20 medical centres across the UK. We are recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor based in Crewe, in which you will work in a medical centre and on customer sites 4 days a week. You will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of Occupational Health duties including completing case management assessments, medical, health surveillance and wellbeing services. You will be able to demonstrate that you are customer centric and business focused, striving to make a difference by building relationships and demonstrating excellence of clinical performance for our customers. You will act as a proactive advocate, mentoring other health professionals and actively supporting the clinical governance network and peer to peer review process. You will work as part of a nationally based team supported by the Clinical Team Leaders, where learnings are shared on a positive and professional basis.
You will support the growth of a dynamic occupational health business ensuring you deliver exceptional clinical performance coupled with taking an active role in mentoring other health professionals.
