Full Time or Part Time

Salary - up to £50k/year

Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) is looking for competent, compassionate, and confident Occupational Health Advisor to join our growing team!

About us:

Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) is part of the Spire Healthcare Group, the second largest private healthcare provider in the UK, established in 2007 with 39 hospitals and several clinics across the country.

We provide Occupational Health services to clients nationwide, supporting everyone's right to prioritize their health.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with Occupational Health degree (Diploma) and experience in a similar role.

Additional duties include:

• Triaging on the business portal.
• Maintaining up-to-date client records.
• Participating in wellbeing and health surveillance programs as required.
• Supporting line manager in compliance checks to ensure SEQHOS standards.
• Adhering to relevant professional guidelines, e.g., NMC Code of Conduct.

About you:

• Committed to high-quality client care.
• Accurate and thorough in client reporting.
• Willing to undertake relevant educational programs.
• Supportive of team case management.
• Capable of working autonomously and managing workload.
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• OH Degree or equivalent experience.
• IT literacy.
• Valid UK Driving License and access to a car.
