Job description

Our leading in-house client is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly, supportive, multi-disciplinary, award-winning Occupational Health team in Hertfordshire. This is a full or part-time, permanent position.

Salary: £44,000 - £52,700 + competitive benefits.

Workload: Approximately 4 cases per day.

The role offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities include:

• Full Occupational Health remit
• Case Management (4 cases per day)
• Return to work assessments
• Health Surveillance
• Sickness Absence management
• Fitness for work evaluations

Requirements:

• Nurse with a valid NMC registration
• Occupational Health diploma or degree (preferable)
• Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor, including case management
• Management experience
