About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver an outstanding Occupational Health service that supports colleagues and enhances their ability to thrive at work.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting comprehensive Occupational Health assessments and creating reports for colleagues and management.
2. Advising on workplace adjustments to enable safe and effective performance.
3. Monitoring health through surveillance programs, including medicals and drug testing.
4. Promoting compliance with health and safety legislation and supporting health promotion activities.
5. Providing workplace visits and expert advice on physical and psychological health risks.

About You

You will be proactive, compassionate, and solution-focused, with professionalism and care. Your skills will include handling pressure, adapting to change, and collaborating effectively.

You will also:

• Be a Registered Nurse with a BSc (Hons) or BA (Hons) in Occupational Health, with a Specialist Occupational Health Qualification and Part 3 NMC Register: SCPHN.
• Have experience in the Corporate or Private Sector (preferred).
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a strong team player with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proficient in electronic systems and IT tools like Word and Excel.
