Job summary

MK College Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hourly Paid Lecturers to support the delivery of GCSE and Functional Skills English, Maths, and ESOL across our Milton Keynes campuses.

Opportunities range from ad-hoc cover and short-term assignments through to regular part-time teaching hours, with flexible hours and full training provided to help you develop your teaching craft and empower 16–19-year-old learners.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in English, Maths, ESOL or a related subject.
• Experience or interest in working with 16-19 learners.
• Ability to engage groups and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared learning resources in GCSE and Functional Skills English, Maths and ESOL.
• Facilitate engaging classroom sessions with 16-19-year-old learners.
• Support learners to develop confidence, knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.

MK College Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hourly Paid Lecturers to support the delivery of GCSE and Functional Skills English, Maths, and ESOL across our Milton Keynes campuses. Opportunities range from ad-hoc cover and short-term assignments through to regular part-time teaching hours.

You'll be delivering pre-prepared learning resources and facilitating engaging classroom sessions with 16-19-year-old learners, helping them develop confidence, knowledge and skills within a supportive learning environment.

We're looking for people who:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in English, Maths, ESOL or a related subject.
• Have an interest in working with and supporting young people aged 16-19.
• Can confidently engage groups of learners and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Have strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Are enthusiastic, dependable and keen to make a difference.
