Qualifikationen

• Experience in operating and maintaining renewable energy assets.
• Strong understanding of performance monitoring and fault management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers).
• Commercial awareness with pricing, proposals or contract management experience.
• Ability to work independently and own a growing area of the business.

Aufgaben

• Oversee ongoing operation, maintenance and performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities with external contractors.
• Monitor asset performance and support fault resolution.
• Ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
• Manage client relationships and provide regular operational updates.
• Prepare scopes of work, proposals and quotations.
• Maintain accurate operational, service and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and efficiency.
• Support development of new service agreements and recurring revenue opportunities.
