Job summary

Mountain Warehouse seeks a confident Team Leader for Wellington Airport (NWN) to guide and inspire the retail team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll deliver exceptional service, maintain visual standards, and drive store performance while representing the brand with enthusiasm.

You will coach, mentor and empower colleagues, ensure health and safety, and build strong customer connections across the NZ retail network. Eligible applicants must have right to work in NZ.

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
