Job summary

OSS seeks qualified Event Stewards for Twickenham Stadium. The role covers safety, crowd management and customer assistance during major events. This is a part-time, seasonal position with weekend shifts and weekly pay.

As an NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety holder, you will join an experienced events team and help ensure a safe, welcoming experience for thousands of visitors at one of the world's most iconic venues. Prior stewarding experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification required.
• Experience as Event Steward or Safety Steward is preferred.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused.
• Able to work in a busy stadium environment.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient operation of stadium events.
• Assist spectators with directions and enquiries.
• Monitor crowd movement and maintain a safe environment.
• Support emergency procedures when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the venue professionally.
