Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We are currently seeking a Nutritionist for our brand Nutravita. This is a part-time remote role within the UK, with occasional travel to Maidenhead approximately once every month or two.

Responsibilities

Be the expert behind the brand by:

• Creating educational content for email campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Writing engaging, research-driven blog articles aligned with Nutravita's voice.
• Developing compelling content that simplifies complex nutrition topics.
• Producing accessible social media content that educates and inspires.
• Partnering with PR agencies for expert-led media content.
• Ensuring scientific accuracy and message alignment with creative teams.

Customer Support & Guidance

• Providing personalized nutrition advice and supplement recommendations via email or chat.
• Assisting customer service with expert responses to nutrition inquiries.
• Translating product claims into consumer-friendly language.

Community & Network Development

• Building a network of nutritionists and healthcare professionals.
• Contributing to HCP engagement initiatives.

Brand & Innovation Involvement

• Offering scientific insights for product development.
• Participating in educational initiatives and innovation strategies.
• Serving as the internal and external go-to expert on nutrition.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Nutrition or related field.
• Registered Nutritionist or eligible for registration.
• At least 3 years of experience in nutrition content creation or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to write for digital channels: blogs, social media, email, web.
• Understanding of consumer health trends and supplements industry.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex information.
• Ability to provide professional, warm advice directly to customers.
• Based in the UK, preferably near London, with availability for monthly in-office meetings.
• Passionate about accessible, inclusive, evidence-based wellness.
• Comfortable switching between technical and informal communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Enjoys cross-functional collaboration and building professional relationships.
