Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching in EYFS or the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Understands the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Can create positive relationships and manage the learning environment effectively.
• Is patient, organised and committed to helping every child progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate EYFS learning activities.
• Support children's early development across communication, language, literacy, numeracy and personal, social and emotional development.
• Use observations and assessments to monitor progress and identify learning needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with families where required.
