Job summary

TeacherActive is partnering with a well-established private nursery in Bury to recruit an Early Years Practitioner. You will support young children with their routines, learning and play, helping them develop confidence and emotional wellbeing in a nurturing, child-centred setting.

The role offers regular hours up to 35 per week, working alongside an experienced Early Years team to provide safe, stimulating activities and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Previous nursery/childcare experience.
• Good understanding of EYFS and child development.

Responsibilities

• Support children's daily routines, learning and play.
• Encourage independence and communication skills.
• Work as part of an established nursery team to create a safe, nurturing environment.
