Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a well-established private nursery in Bury. You will support daily routines, learning and play for young children in a warm, child-centred setting, up to 35 hours per week.

A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification and EYFS understanding are essential, with previous nursery experience and a nurturing, proactive approach. The role offers competitive hourly pay and PAYE payroll.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a nursery, childcare or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of EYFS and children's developmental needs.
• Nurturing, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a nursery team.
