The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join Gylemuir Primary School on a fixed-term basis until 20/08/2027. You will support young children’s learning and development in a caring, child-centred environment.

The role requires working across early, core and late shifts from 7:45am to 6:00pm, 52 weeks per year, with PVG scheme checks and SVQ level 2 qualification within three years. Applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged.

Qualificações

• Experience of working as an Early Years Assistant is desirable.
• Registered with SSSC or equivalent and gain SVQ Level 2 within 3 years.
• Good verbal and written communication, and planning and organisational skills.
