Job summary

Pensacola State College is seeking a Nursing Instructor for an 11-month, tenure-track faculty position with an anticipated January 2027 start. The successful candidate will teach a broad range of nursing courses, prepare course plans, deliver content, monitor attendance and progress, and participate in committees and curriculum development under the Director of Nursing.

Minimum qualifications include a nursing bachelor's degree, current Florida licensure without restrictions, and a valid BLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida nursing license without restrictions required by the first date of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Teach a broad range of nursing courses as assigned.
• Prepare course plans and materials; deliver content effectively.
