You’ll apply frontline nursing knowledge to evaluate AI recommendations, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to improve healthcare AI systems. This is a fully remote freelance role with flexible hours, suitable for a nurse with informatics experience.

Qualifications

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, documentation, and EHR-related outputs for accuracy and real-world applicability
• Apply your nursing expertise to assess whether AI responses reflect safe, evidence-based clinical workflows
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs related to nursing practice
• Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems better understand clinical informatics and documentation needs

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
• Hands-on experience working with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing practice standards
• Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs against real-world clinical expectations
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
• No prior AI experience required - your clinical knowledge is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR optimization
• Background in data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• Informatics certification (e.g., ANCC RN-BC in Nursing Informatics)
