Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems in healthcare. This remote, hourly contract role lets you contribute frontline clinical expertise on your own schedule, 10–40 hours per week.

You’ll review AI outputs, annotate EHR scenarios, and translate nursing knowledge into actionable feedback that improves model accuracy while respecting real-world workflows and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with hands-on clinical experience
• Familiar with EHR systems and clinical workflows
• Ability to analyze scenarios and provide structured feedback
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety
• Review and annotate EHR documentation scenarios
• Translate nursing practice knowledge into structured feedback
• Assess alignment with clinical informatics best practices
• Provide insight on health IT tools including Epic or Cerner
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
