What You'll Do

• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in how AI represents nursing practice and EHR systems
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback that directly improves AI model quality
• Assess clinical data scenarios and flag inaccuracies in how AI interprets or presents health information
• Provide expert insight on EHR systems (such as Epic or Cerner) and clinical documentation standards
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
• Hands‑on familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong ability to analyze clinical scenarios and communicate findings clearly in writing
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety
• Comfortable working independently on task‑based assignments
• No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters

Nice to Have
