Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN) to join our luxury, high-end care provider in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent standards of care within nursing homes that have been awarded at least a 'good' rating by the CQC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and care quality.
Requirements:
  • Valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN).
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience within the same company.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high CQC ratings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
