Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Nursing Home Manager in Guildford, Surrey, leading a 50-bed elderly and dementia care service rated Good by CQC. You’ll be supported by a quality team to meet goals and drive high standards of resident care.

You don’t need a PIN but must have managed a medium/large home; strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and financial oversight are essential; a proven turnaround track record is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification preferred or management of a large nursing home.
• A previous CQC report in your name - a Good outcome or proof of turnaround work in that report!
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
• Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
