Job summary

You will be responsible for leadership, culture, quality and performance, building a warm, stimulating environment, striving for Outstanding CQC ratings, and developing staff.

This is a hands-on role with budget control, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing service improvement to ensure residents live well.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Nursing Home Manager in dementia care settings
• In-depth knowledge of dementia care best practices and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership and people-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
