Chroma Recruitment seeks a Nursing Home Manager for a 75-bed service in Leeds, responsible for day-to-day operations, occupancy growth, and delivering high-quality elderly care. You will lead an established team and work with a new Clinical Lead to maintain clinical standards.

The role requires an active NMC PIN, strong CQC regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership in elderly residential and nursing care services. Excellent career progression opportunities exist within a growing provider.
