As they prepare to open their doors, they seek an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead this project. The Role:

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this new facility, ensuring high standards of care, fostering a positive culture, and operating efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will manage a dedicated team and ensure a person-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and operational management of the 86-bed care home, ensuring high-quality care and smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement person-centered care plans respecting residents’ individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including CQC.
• Motivate and lead a skilled team, fostering excellence, compassion, and collaboration.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Manage the home’s budget and financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
