Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Home Manager at our newly commissioned home in Great Wyrley, South Staffordshire, opening in April / May. The Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring quality care for residents, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment within the care home.

Qualifications

  • Nursing Home Administration and Elder Care skills
  • Experience in Long-term Care and Training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Relevant degree or certification in healthcare management or related field
  • Commissioning experience preferable but not essential
