Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Community Manager to lead a team of nurses and carers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will work with the General Manager and multidisciplinary team to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing in the community.

You will oversee clinical care delivery, ensure care plans are current, manage medications safely, meet regulatory standards, and mentor colleagues to raise practice.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and revalidation.
• At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of clinical care within the community and ensure care plans are accurate and up to date.

About You

To join us as a Nursing Community Manager, you'll need:
