Job summary

The Nursing Associate role on Beckett Place, Female rehabilitation ward, involves working with the ward team to assess patients and provide and monitor care in line with service pathways.

It bridges the gap between HCAs and Registered Nurses, performing routine procedures (venipuncture, ECG, vitals) and supporting admission and discharge within a holistic, safe care approach. You will work under supervision and participate in ongoing learning aligned to NMC standards.

• Bridge the gap between Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses; perform routine procedures (venepuncture, ECG, vitals) and support admission/discharge.
